These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of petderr.com (the "Service"). PETDERR. is an independent community project run by a small group of volunteers in Thailand (the "Team", "we", "us"). PETDERR. is not yet a registered company — it is currently an unincorporated team. If PETDERR. is later registered as a legal entity, these Terms will be updated in line with Section 16.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About PETDERR.

PETDERR. is a free pet community for owners of dogs and cats in Thailand. We organise in-person events — city walks, hikes, beach runs, meetups, night walks — for members to attend with their pets. The Service includes the website petderr.com, the back-office our staff use to run events, and any associated tools.

2. Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to anyone under eighteen will be removed.

You can sign up using an email address and password, or with Facebook, Google, or LINE. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything that happens on your account.

3. Your Account

You agree to give us accurate, current information when you sign up and to keep it up to date. You may close your account at any time from your profile page. Account deletion is handled per Section 6 of our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close your account at any time if you breach these Terms, or if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or activity that puts other members at risk. Where possible we will tell you why.

4. Events — Free, Voluntary, At Your Own Risk

PETDERR. events are free to attend in Phase 1. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces are not guaranteed and may be capped.

You attend events voluntarily and at your own risk. PETDERR. is not a veterinary, training, or pet-care service. We do not assess attendees' fitness, pets' fitness for the activity, or pets' temperament. By attending you accept that:

• you are solely responsible for your own safety;
• you are solely responsible for the health, fitness, behaviour, vaccinations, leashing, and licensing of any pet you bring;
• pet interactions are unpredictable — injuries and accidents can happen;
• outdoor events expose you to weather, terrain, traffic, and wildlife;
• you will comply with all applicable local laws — including municipal pet-keeping ordinances in the place the event is held.

To the maximum extent permitted under Thai law, you release PETDERR., its staff, its hosts, partners, and other attendees from any claim arising out of injury, illness, loss, or property damage suffered by you or your pet in connection with an event.

We do not provide transport to or from events, leashes, harnesses, water, equipment, or veterinary care. Bring what you and your pet need.

5. Cancellation and Changes

You can cancel your registration for any event from your bookings page. As all events are free, no refunds apply.

We may cancel, postpone, relocate, or modify any event for any reason — including weather, public health, public-order restrictions, force majeure (as defined by the Thai Civil and Commercial Code), or simply not enough sign-ups. We will tell you as soon as we reasonably can. We are not liable for any loss you may incur from a cancelled or changed event (for example travel you arranged independently).

6. Conduct at Events and on the Service

While attending an event or using the Service you agree:

• to treat other members, hosts, staff, pets, and the public with respect;
• not to harass, threaten, demean, or discriminate against anyone;
• not to bring a pet to an event if it is unwell, unvaccinated, in heat, or known to be aggressive;
• to keep your pet under control at all times, on-leash where required, and to clean up after it;
• not to use the Service or events for political campaigning, religious solicitation, or commercial selling without our written consent;
• not to bring weapons, illegal substances, or items prohibited by law to events;
• not to attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or attack the Service.

We may remove anyone (and their pet) from an event, and suspend or close their account, for breach of these conduct rules. Our decision is final.

7. Photography at Events

PETDERR., or photographers we authorise, may take photographs and short videos at events. We use them for the event gallery published on the Service, for our social media, and for marketing material.

By registering for and attending an event you consent to the incidental inclusion of yourself and your pet in this photography. If you do not want to appear, please tell the event host on arrival — we will note your preference and crop or skip as far as is practical — and email support@petderr.com to remove any photo that has already been published. We will remove it within a reasonable time, usually within fourteen (14) days.

8. Stamps and Rewards

You earn a stamp by checking in at an event via the QR scan provided by the host. Stamps:

• have no cash value;
• are non-transferable and tied to your account;
• may expire under the rules we publish on the rewards page (we may set or change expiry rules);
• can be redeemed for the merchandise items we list, while stock lasts;
• can be discontinued, devalued, or replaced by us at any time. If we do this, we will give reasonable notice.

If you ask us to delete your account, your unredeemed stamps are forfeited.

9. Merchandise You Redeem

Merchandise redeemed with stamps is shipped to the address you give us at redemption. Shipping is paid separately by you — we will tell you the cost before redemption, and you pay the carrier directly (for example by LINE Pay or bank transfer). We pack and hand over the package; we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier once it leaves us. Each merchandise listing has its own restrictions on size, colour, and quantity. Items are not exchangeable once shipped.

10. Your Content

You keep ownership of anything you upload — pet name, pet photo, profile photo, contact-form text. By uploading you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, display, and reproduce that content for the purpose of operating the Service — for example, showing your pet photo on your own profile.

Don't upload anything you don't have the right to upload, anything that infringes someone else's rights, anything illegal, or anything obscene. We may remove user content at any time if we believe it breaches these Terms.

11. Our Content

The Service — the design, code, copy, photos taken by us, logos, and brand — belongs to PETDERR. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade-mark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or build a derivative service from our content without our written permission.

12. Third-Party Sign-In Providers

If you choose Facebook, Google, or LINE to sign in, your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for what they do with your data once you authenticate. You can disconnect a provider at any time from your profile page.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted under Thai law:

• we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
• we do not warrant that any event will run as advertised;
• we do not warrant that any member, host, or pet at an event meets any particular standard;
• we are not liable for the conduct of third-party sign-in providers, payment processors, or carriers.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Thai law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Service or attendance at an event is limited to one thousand Thai baht (THB 1,000) in aggregate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law — including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or where the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) grants you rights that cannot be waived.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold PETDERR. harmless from any third-party claim arising out of:

• your breach of these Terms;
• your conduct at an event;
• any harm caused by your pet to a person, another pet, or property.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email (to the address on your account) and posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use after the change takes effect is acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by us in good-faith correspondence will be brought before the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Thai consumer-protection law may grant you rights that cannot be excluded by these Terms; nothing here is intended to limit those rights.

18. Severability

If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
